Updating to 1 star. Reached out to the company regarding the broken piece and they told me they would not do anything to replace or send a replacement piece, even though amazon says to reach out to the manufacturer for damaged pieces. This set was somewhat easy to put together. Some of the pieces didn’t match up and had to really push them together to line up to get the screws in. One of the pieces came with the wood already broken which makes me wonder how well it will hold up. Will need to contact customer service to see about replacement piece. Seems to scratch easily. I don’t think it’s the best quality and not sure how long it will hold up. I still gave it 2 stars because I think it looks nice. It was a little smaller than expected. ... show more

Love the look of this set! However, assembly was a bit of a pain as not all the holes lined up right. Ended up cracking the wood trying to screw one of the pieces in.

With COVID-19 keeping us home more, I wanted to add to or outside living space. This set was cost effective and was in stock and delivered in two days. I loved getting up in the morning sitting in the chair reading the morning paper. GREAT addition!!!!

This outdoor living furniture "looks" pretty cool and was easy to install. Took me an hours alone...It is also light and finition is quiet fair....but quality is far from what I expect....first the quality of the screw and wrench is not good, make with cheap metal and very easy to get them loose with the allen wrench ...and some of screw turn into the wood and don't get good grip . the wood describe as "Acacia", look very easy to break and may not be the same strong and heavy Acacia use for building wood bridge and boat...this wood from Vietnam, is very very light and fragile and easy to scratch...after all, I like is nice Colonial look and the coffins are good quality and removable....but do not deserve 5 stars !!! ... show more

This loveseat broke after 4 months. It cracked right in the middle of the bench! Now, we did not use this heavily; it is only big enough for one person to sit on. AND, no one sitting on it was over 150 pounds. I want my money back.
