Great quality for the price. Lays flat almost immediately. I’ve only had it for a day, so only time will tell on how it wears. I’m using it in kitchen inside a U shaped counter/island. My rug came in today and I am so happy!! I needed a large size for this room but I am on a budget so I didn’t want to spend tons of money. This rug looks very high quality but still came in under $500 for a 9x12. It’s been down for a couple hours and there are still a couple wrinkles but I’m sure they will go away with time. There is also a smell, but that will fade away in a few days as well. I do feel like the rug looks a lighter in person than the pictures in the listing do. I like the light color of the rug, but that is something to keep in mind. Lastly, I love the look of sisal rugs, but I HATE how they feel on bare feet. I decided that I liked how they look enough to get over my sensory issues, but I must say this one is not as scratchy as others I’ve walked on! It certainly isn’t soft or anything, but it doesn’t give me the heebie jeebies to walk on it barefoot. Overall, I can’t say enough about how great this rug is! ... show more

This rug is absolutely beautiful — the natural texture adds warmth and character to the room. I’m using the 11x15 size, and it really grounds the space. As with all natural fiber rugs, it takes a little patience to unroll and flatten, but once it settles, it looks stunning. One corner had the dye slightly off, and since I had it shipped to an out island in the Bahamas, I couldn’t return it. I would say that I love this rug. However, it looked used when I opened it. Unfortunately I ordered this a few months before I needed it. I kept it in the original packaging with only peeking at it to make sure it was the correct rug, which it was. Once I opened it, I noticed that it has a large stain across one side but I am outside of the return window and it doesn’t look like I can do anything about it. It looks and smells like pet urine, but it could just be a water stain. It was stored in a cool, dry room in my house and I do not have an indoor pet. It covers the entire 9 foot side, even though this photo doesn’t show it well. So disappointed because I know I would love this rug otherwise. ... show more

looks nice but is definitely not 9x9, it is 8’5” square. very disappointed about the size as now my dining room chairs pull out right to the edge. Also it came folded rather than rolled, and the liner was all stuck together and tore, and it does not spot clean well

Beautiful runner! Love the color, it’s neutral and blends well with anything. We have an aging dog and wanted something to help her walk more confidently on the wood floors. The runner is highly slip resistant and hides debris well. It is thick and has a good weight to it. My kids have complained that it’s scratchy on their feet but I don’t mind it as I wear house slippers. I think it’s beautiful and love it! Heads up about the texture, it is not soft, almost like a woven thickness to it. I love it and bought more in different shades for different areas of the house. ... show more
