You do need to vacuum very well BEFORE unrolling in your house. We rolled them out in garage..shook them well and then vacuumed both sides. I didn’t expect softness, being made of jute, and it’s not soft. It’s really textural. The square size is perfect for my space and the brown color is very rich. It can’t be vacuumed with the beater bar, so it’s not going to last forever, but good rug for the price. Cozy vibe.

I’m obsessed with jute rugs, I needed on for my front entrance and I have a grey and white rug and needed something to match it. This rug came in serving. Good quality, but jute isn’t for everyone, yes it can shed underneath some more then others, yes, it’s rough, yes if you vacuum it it can come undone (I shake this one out outside) jute is made from natural resources (white jute plant) so all of this is expected. Don’t buy a jute rug as it’s not like normal rugs. I have three jute rugs all different qualities, this one tends to shed more underneath then my others. This one is thick woven so it can come undone is places more easier then my others but I love it and I’d purchase again ... show more

It was difficult to find a 10x10 rug to go under my enormous table. I bought two by accident. I’m so thrilled with the quality that I’m keeping both. This rug is soft, and was well priced.
