Seemed to take forever to purchase an area rug for our new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Wanted something distinctive but that would tie in the color scheme. Found this and that was that. Checked the reviews and that was also that. It came rolled up, packed well, we took it out placed on floor to let it flatten out with the help of some heavy items. Found where to place it and it takes on the look of that its always belonged there. Having a few pets also, it handles them well when they decide to wrestle on it and handles a cordless vacuum very well also. We put floor runner patches under it and it doesn't slide around. I took a BIG chance on this rug, the pictures online made it look like it was bright Kelly green, IT IS NOT, it is a beautiful warm shade of green, has black, small amount of aqua, orange, black and has an off white background. It is lovely, and matches my room decor perfectly. I have a dark charcoal grey sectional sofa, Evergreen Fog paint by Sherwin Williams on the walls, and a charcoal grey stone fireplace, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect match!!! ... show more

Do not get the black/beige color if you want it to match with black decor!! Right when I ordered this rug I tried to cancel because I changed my mind on the color but it was too late. So when this one came I opened anyway thinking who knows, I might actually like this one better...NOPE. My kitchens backsplash is very obviously black so of course that was the idea behind getting the black/beige color, or whatever it's called, to match with that. This rug is NAVY... dare I say almost purple. There's flecks of black more towards the center but what your eye sees most is the navy border, definitely would not match if you want it to go with anything black. Also the neutral background color you see, to me is more of a light grey than beige so that's something to note as well. It does have pretty colors in it but from what I can see unrolling 1/3 of the rug, the pattern isn't very defined like how some of the other colors appear. I am only speaking to the color of this rug, nothing else, so I didn't want to rate it low since I haven't tried it. I actually ordered the same rug in a different color and am waiting to see what it's like as far as the durability etc. ... show more
