The SAFAVIEH Madison Collection is absolutely beautiful. I have a short and a medium long runner as well as a round 5’ rug and it does not only look pretty on my light brown carpet, the color combinations easily hide spots made by my grandkids and cats. Vacuuming is easy without entanglements and the corners/carpet ends stay down. Upon arrival I put each rug face down on my carpet for a day to regain its shape after tight packaging; it worked like a charm. Normally I’m not a fan of blue/grey/orange but in this case I totally love the combination and the charm it brings to my apartment. I highly recommend these rugs not only for the beautiful coloring but quality and very reasonable price too. Update 12/14/22 Just received rug #7 🤣😂. I’m absolutely sold on these rugs as they are so easy care, it’s almost unbelievable: no piling, very soft but no disintegrating material, so very, very forgiving of any spills & cat puke, definitely colorfast. To top it off: my cats don’t feel like scratching the rugs at all like they abuse my carpet. Perfect! ... show more

First things first-this is not a soft and comfy rug. If that is what you're looking for, move on. That said, I am happy with this rug.it is the third or fourth one we own from this company. They lay flat-once you give them a couple days to relax-you can vacuum them-I use the hard floor mode not the brush-and I just love the color and texture they add to a room. We live in an apt so I can't paint the walls and I love color! So any accent, pattern or texture I can add, that works with my asthetic, I love to bring in. Curtains and rugs make such a difference! This one is very neutral and I bought it to work with my fall and winter decor. The rug I have for spring and summer is very colorful in water/beach colors and I need to swap it out when I bring in the oranges and yellows of fall and red at Christmas. It is neutral, but the texture makes a big difference. Love the grey, mushroom, cocoa, and creamed coffee colors. It is well worth what I paid for it. I am very happy. ... show more

This rug is beautiful. It looks great in our living room, and it’s softer than I expected. With the coffee table on it, it doesn’t slip. We did purchase grip for the matching hallway runner due to slipping, but this one stays put under the weight of the table. I read the reviews and was a little skeptical after reading the worst. Although this rug had really good reviews, I often look at the negative reviews when purchasing items to make my final decision. The rig is GREAT…all the colors that I thought I wanted. When the rug arrived , I was very pleased. I followed the directions and rolled the rug the reverse way for a couple of days. On the last day I unrolled it and put a couple of heavy objects on the edges. I really didn’t need to do much. By the time I got ready to use the rug, it was flat, no wrinkles, no rolls. Perfect. The key is to unroll it and then roll it the reverse way so that it lays flat. I’m very pleased. I also like it because of the multiple colors. I have young children so it makes it easier to camouflage food and stains that I might not notice right away. I hope this rug lasts a very long time. If it doesn’t, I will come back to write a review in about 4 to 6 months. LOL ... show more
