I took a chance and purchased this 11'x11' rug that Amazon listed as "like new but had broken original packaging" for about 1/3 the price as it was normally listed. When it arrived the only issue I could see with the original packaging was a small tear in the plastic that was taped up. The chance was worth it, because once I removed the packaging the rug was indeed brand new with no damage or defects. Being 11 x 11 the thing is very heavy and it was a little struggle to unfold it and position it in the living room. It did have a few very sharp creases in it that after about a week they were still very visible. I ended up flipping it over and using the "iron and wet towel method" I slowly steamed the creases out. Now after a few days of laying flat the rug looks awesome and no signs of any wrinkles. It did have a "new carpet smell" , but nothing too strong or overwhelming and after a few days it was no longer noticeable. It is very soft, plush, heavy and seems to be very well made and of high quality. The color is like pictured and appears very consistent throughout. Even at the full listed price the rug seems very well worth it. Time will tell how it holds up, but at this point I would definitely buy another one without hesitation.

Just received this rug (10 x 14) for our living room! We already had the runners in the same color option (ivory and gray) for our bedroom, next to the bed and love them. They have held up well in over 2 years, vacuums well and the shag/pile has held up well too! So , when we were looking for a new living room rug, we chose the same brand and did not disappoint! More than what we wanted to spend but feel it will hold up for the price! Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend!! Doesn’t move /slide and don’t need anything under it! The pile is high and true to the description which is what we want and very soft under foot!

The media could not be loaded. I brought this runner on the count of hoping it would match another rug that I have ....it did not ...but...that's ok...I love this one as well. I got the 18 inch runner for a high traffic area in my home. In the beige .ivory..it fits well with my color scheme...although I wish the beige was a little darker...this rug is just like the the other reviews says...it's SUPER plush...no Need for padding...i have it on top of carpet...when I first got it..I vacuum it to poof it up...my vacuum gave a little resistance but I was able to get thru because of the thickness......after that ..I was.amaze at how plush and cushy it was...my elderly mother complain about how hard it was for her to walk on it..(it made her pick up her feet, she doesn't like to now adays.) ...after a few weeks....the rug is still going strong..the look the feel the color all are great...I planned on getting the 5×7 or 6x 9 for my foyer.. as soon as the price gets to my liking...I am telling anyone who is reading this review. Get it ..try it... I think that I may be spot on about this one..
