Lately I have been purchasing a lot of Safavieh home goods to spruce up my pad, and this rug was one of several of those purchases. It's so nice to step onto this when I wake up in the mornings, because it feels luxurious and makes getting up at the crack of dawn a little less dreadful. The faux sheepskin is above average quality, and the size and color are perfect! The rug being white colored, you have to be careful not to get dirt or crumbs onto it because it seems a bit tricky to clean. I have just been hand picking off any small specks of debris I find on my rug because I don't think I can take a vacuum directly to it, fearing the strands of "fur" might get caught in the machine, so I assume an alternative is to flip it over, and shake off any dirt or dust. Otherwise, this pretty rug adds a subtle touch of class and cozy femininity to a bedroom. I have seem similar rugs (even at IKEA) sell for a bit lower, but the quality and color were not as nice. And, getting a real sheepskin rug is just way too expensive in more ways than one. I have to say, Safavieh has become a trusted brand for me and my household.

This rug is so beautiful! Soft and cuddley. I got the 6ft round rug for my young daughter’s room and I have 2 dogs and I needed a rug that was big but still 100% washable. I’ve washed it twice. Once in a bathtub with kukaburra sheepskin/rug wash and it was a pain. Absorbed SO much water and I could barely pick it up without hurting my back. Probably weighed 50+lbs. It was so water logged that it took too long to dry and ended up with a dank damp smell so I put it away for a few months after it dried completely. I was disappointed. Fast forward to today when I decided to wash it again. I decided to try it in the washing machine with the kukaburra wash again and added Free and clear laundry sanitizer. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I think the spinning of the washing machine solved the water log problem I had when hand washing before. I tossed it in the dryer on NO heat for a few hours and when it was dry, I cannot stress this enough—- YOU MUST BRUSH OUT THIS RUG WITH A SLICKER BRUSH! My pics are before brushing and after. Before it looks like an air-dried/wet dog. After brushing, it looks like a beautiful fur. And Zero smell! This rug requires a little bit of care but is so well worth it and the price is great.

This rug will definitely not let you down! I read many of reviews and was skeptical to buy it since its not cheap and infant sure how I would like I, but I am in love with the rug as well as everyone that comes to my home. It's not super thick if that's what you'relookimg for, but I have mines on top of my carpet in the family room and it's perfect. It is a beautiful white rug. Mines do not look ivory! If you're putting on a hard surface floor do not expect it to be plush and it will probably slide around easily. Again, I do not have those problems because it's on top of carpet. The only thing I will say that's a con about it is how it attracts any and everything possible in it and you'll find yourself picking debris out. For me, it's definitely worth the money and the few minutes it takes to get hair and lint out if the rug... It's a must buy and I would definitely purchase another one again from the same seller!

The rug itself is fine, no shedding, soft on the foot...looks good, but they piece the rugs together to make the size you order. So there are two obvious seams on either end of my rug. I need to play with the "fur" to hide them, and they can be hidden, but I have never had a rug that was like this. It is not a deal breaker b/c the cost was not too bad, and the issue is just visible to me most likely, and it is in my bedroom, but just no experience with the piecing rugs together.

I've had this a couple of years now. It is very easy to clean. I pop it in the washing machine and let it dry over a table. I brush it out and it's just like new. Very nice!

This is a great price for the rug, especially with free shipping. When I unwrapped the package, some of the edges and corners of the rug were wrinkled up, but I put books on it for a few hours and now it's much better. It has been shedding a bit too, but nothing unmanageable and I think once I vacuum it a few times it'll be fine. The rug itself looks good overall. The fur looks fake, but I like it anyway. After walking over it, the texture is looking more natural. I didn't use a rug pad but it still stays in place on a wood floor, though the rug is pretty thin so a rug pad might make it feel more cushioned. Overall I'm happy with it!

I originally found this item, but 3'x3' in a local Marshalls and fell in love with the soft texture. I researched it and found it here on Amazon and decided to buy an 8'x10' rug. I was both satisfied and dissatisfied with the product: Pro: - The texture was the same as the rug I found in Marshall's, and I still loved it - It arrived very quickly and was relatively easy to locate via Amazon. Con: - The packaging was thin and as a result of shipping, was slightly ripped when it arrived. The rug of course got a little dirty in the deliver, and so there's already a stain on my new and expensive rug. I'm disappointed, and have considered requesting an exchange. - There's a seam in the middle of the rug, almost as though two smaller rugs were sewn together. It's not as noticeable the way I set it up, but I wish I had known that it would have been so obvious when walking on it before making the purchase. - Half of the rug is significantly softer than the other. I don't think that the fur is different, but it almost appears that it is. I'm still debating keeping this item. It looks really good in my living room and is very comfortable and stylish, but I'm disappointed that there's a stain and that the seam is really thick.

The media could not be loaded. I bought all Ugg bedding and the pink pillows...I didn't like their rugs but I bought this one and although the pink color is slightly off? You can't even tell. Its gorgeous, well made, very very cozy and easy to shake outside. Doesn't shed! I think that's the most important. Doesn't shed. Very pretty! This rug made such a difference in her room.
