Since I just got it today I cannot comment on durability or longevity but it is so stunning! It isn't very soft or plush but it isn't an indoor outdoor style so it has a little bit of plushness to it. I ordered navy. I was really hoping for an indigo look. It's not navy in my opinion it's much brighter. I was worried something brighter would be too much in my space but it really tied my room together and brought new life to my living room. Gorgeous rug. The colors are true to the screen image. This rug is vibrant shades of blue, navy and cream. My favorite part of this rug is that it unrolled flawlessly with no curled ends. It lays flat right after unpacking. The pile is low which is ideal for my robotic vacuum, which never gets hung up on this rug btw. All in all, great value for the price. ... show more

Well here I am leaving a one star review for something I should have known better to not purchase in the first place. I liked the design so much that I was really hoping all of the other reviews about the navy color were not true. As soon as the rug was delivered, I saw the coloring on the edge and saw the bright royal blue that others had repeatedly mentioned. I tried to peel back as much of the rolled up rug that I could to get a photo in natural light to add to my review. The color does not photograph well and looks much darker in the picture, I do have my true navy curtains next to the rug in the photo for comparison. The color on the trim is the exact same shade of blue that the entire rug is, the best way I could describe the color is a bright blue almost a color you would expect to see in a kids room. Luckily I did not unpackage or unroll the rug, so it was easy to return. I guess the search for my navy rug continues.... ... show more

I love Safavieh rugs. The only ones I have in my house! This one particularly is gorgeous. The blue tones are super blue and the rug rolls out very easily. You do have to put some weight on the corners but not for very long. I just folded mine over the back way and they were flat instantly.

This is the first area rug I’ve ever bought for myself, and I am so pleased! It arrived well packaged and rolled up. We did have to leave it sitting out with the corners weighed down for about a day to get it to lay flat, but that was expected. It is pretty soft too! The colors are gorgeous and really tie together all tones in our den. Even my husband who self-professes a lack of interior design skills or any significant aesthetic sense really, really likes the rug. We’ve already had one spill (beer), and it cleaned up easily with a wet rag and then a mild spot cleaning with a vinegar solution. There was no discoloration or change of texture on that spot. I probably looked at 50 rugs before purchasing this one, and I am glad we chose it. I will be buying from this company again! ... show more

Got the silver runner rug for $33 bucks. After taking it out and laying it in its designated spot by the backdoor, I was immediately in love! I quickly logged back on Amazon and ordered a second one for the hallway. Beautiful rug!! Feels great under foot and looks 10x better than the picture. I tried to take a pic to post with my review but it looks just like the one on Amazon and doesn't show how nice this rug really is. If you are on the fence about buying one (like I was), don't be. Love this rug!! But, other reviews are accurate regarding the color of the blue--it is less navy, and more royal blue (trim of the carpet and predominant blue coloring in the rug is royal blue; with shades of baby/sky blue, black and cream). This rug is as beautiful as the last one I bought from this company. I was a bit worried that there was too much turquoise in the blue but I believe it will work fine. It Blends well with the other rug and the room and with the picture on the wall. If you are placing it on hardwood, you will need a non-slip mat under it though as it's very slippery if you don't.
