They work. Have two gates that come together. I refurbished using composite boards which made the gate much heaver. These worked great except for the wheels are plastic. Plastic would be fine if the rolling surface was concrete. I have block. Makes the wheel bouncy and will not close using the spring closing michanism. I suspect rubber wheels would have been a better choice. Built strong, easy to attach to my iron frame gate. Unable to compress the wheel so had to guess at how much to leave the wheel below the gate and install. That worked out for me.

I looked at all the choices and believe me these are the ones you want to get. They are very robust. Good strong springs and thick gauge steel and the wheels are quality too. Looks like they will last forever.

This will work great to hold up the 4' gate. Fit perfect on one angle but over hangs on the other. if your gate was made of 4x4's it would be perfect.

I attached this wheel to the bottom of a five foot vinyl fence door. My cement is a bit uneven so the bottom of the vinyl door would scrape and was difficult to open/close. This wheel solved the problem. The gate door is very easy to operate now and it was easy to attach. Highly recommended. Great product.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived as expected. I put a gate on my old deck and realized the post holding the gate was bowed due to time. I needed a wheel to keep weight off the hinges but it needed a spring since the swing of the gate is uneven (high closed and low open). I mounted it where the gate was at its highest point from the deck and was able to open and close it flawlessly. The spring is smooth and the wheel turns with no lag. Notes: this is only day 2. I also used my own outdoor deck screws, not the ones provided. I ordered right side but my gate was thinner than the wheel mount. I added a scrap cut to the gate to get a solid mount.
