We purchased the 10-foot square rug, which is not an easy size to find. It was shipped folded (rather than rolled) and was very wrinkled when we unpacked it. We did follow the instructions provided for removing lines and creases, however, that did not work completely. So, we then tried setting heavy objects (like stacks of books, small overturned tables) on the worst creases and left them there for 24 hours. That took care of all but one of the remaining stubborn creases across one end of the rug. My next move will probably be to try carefully using a steam method I found on the internet. They really should ship these rugs rolled, even if it adds to the price a little for shipping costs. Regardless, the rug is beautiful and fits my décor perfectly. It is a good value for the money. So, yes, I recommend this rug, but be prepared to put in some work to get it to lay flat. FYI, I also ordered a matching 8-foot round rug which shipped rolled-up. It was easy to get the wrinkles and creases out of the round rug. ... show more

Rug was just as pictures show. I’m happy with the appearance, except…….I’ve had them (bought two) laying on the wood floor for two weeks. They still have bubbles/ puckers throughout. They don’t lay flat. I don’t know how to fix this, and shipping them back would be a nightmare.

I have two of these rugs. Square one for my bathroom and rectangular for my entry way. Two places with lots of traffic and require frequent cleaning. They clean perfectly in the washing machine. If there is an oily spot, then that gets a quick spot spray and into the washer. I’ve had the entry way rug for about 2 years and it looks new. We have dogs and those dirty paws have ruined area rugs before. But these are perfect for those spaces. The bathroom one is new so can’t really comment on longevity but if the bathroom one is an indication, then I can have these for years. They were super cheap and are more than worth their value. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was because they don’t vacuum the rug corners easily. The roller brush pulls up when you vacuum the corner edges of the rug. Leaves which come in from outside get stuck so you do need a roller brush vacuum. So if you don’t have sticky stuff to hold down the rugs, place one foot on the edge you are vacuuming to keep it down. But even with that, it easy to vacuum once you know to hold corners down. ... show more
