I love my rug! Very soft and pretty. I was concern at first since it’s high traffic and the rug is light in color that it would get stained up fast. Since it is in high traffic I make sure that I vacuum it often. After only having it less than 2 weeks my dog got a hold of an orange pen and orange it was smear all over! I immediately got my shampoo cleaner out and to my surprise every bit of it came out, it didn’t dye the light colors at all. Sort, beautiful, durable and made to last! I did buy a 1/2” pad to go under it to add more thickness for comfort! The media could not be loaded. After buying 5 different area rugs one after another, I can FINALLY say that I found the one!!! We have trialed and error 5 different rugs all either being too dark for my living room, too yellow or the design not being quite right. This rug EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Not only is the color a beautiful ivory that is not to warm and more of a Snow White but the grey is a light subtle tone. I read and looked at reviews after reviews and no one could answer those questions I had. I’m writing this review to hopefully help someone who is in the same situation. I have Birch white couches and I wanted an area rug that wasn’t too busy but yet neutralized and kept the beautiful white tones that I love so much. This does it! Yes, it’s a shag rug but the shag is easy and does not shed!( we put it to the test with our cordless Animal Dyson right away) It’s more on the thinner side but not too thin either. Is the quality amazing? No, but it’s good. I needed something beautiful and functional with dogs and kids while still looking upscale, this does it! It’s soft and cozy. It does not smell, it just has that newness smell which is nice. We got the ivory/light grey in a 10x14 and I couldn’t be more happier. Run don’t walk on this rug! ... show more

Nice rug, i purchased the white in a 9x12 it's true to size. This rug is soft and has a nice design. It's not as thick as I would like for the price but it serves the purpose. I only vacuum it with the roller off and it vacuums easily and looks great in the room. I purchased it on sale for $229 it's not worth the almost $300 they had it priced at. ... show more

The quality of the rug is less than I was expecting. Shag burbur seemed like an oxymoron to me. It is a very low, kind of fluffy shag but not cushy at all. It’s a strange thing but too much effort to return and it works well enough in the guest room. Pay attention to the care instructions to not use the beater bar on your vacuum with this rug.
