First I'll say I'm a huge fan of Amazon, have been for a long time and will continue to be. BUT. This rug is HORRIBLE! The color is nothing like the picture. The background of the rug is a very ugly green, I would say a dark peasoup greeen. And it's by far the very very dominant color. There is nothing subtle here, it's in your face ugly green. There is NO GOLD at all. I have no idea where they got that from.... maybe the bright orange decoration? Nothing like pea green and orange together to make me ill. I received a small one first and immediately put in a cancellation on the larger one. I will be returning any of the 3 ordered that are delivered. Everyone's tastes are different, but don't expect the rug to be anything at all like the picture, there is no similarity at all. As if the color wasn't bad enough, the smell is almost as bad. Smells like something toxic off-gassing, not wool! A rating out of 5 stars is required to write a review, but if I had my true choice I would rate it negative 10 out of 5. ... show more

I love wool rugs and this one is no different. Beautiful color and size. If you have a small door space watch your measurements for width. This is alittle bigger then most half moon rugs. The rug was too big for my hallway entry way but perfect for front door in larger area. It will shed at first but all my wool rugs shed till you vacuum a couple times. Thickness and value great for the price. Would recommend. ... show more
