Didn’t use them until after the 30 return window had expired Had know idea the quality was poor. But they are beautiful to look at. Just don’t clean them Contacted manufacturer directly and was advised to deal with the retailer where rugs were purchased. They offer no extended warranty.

This is our third carpet by Safavieh. We love them all, but especially this one! Great quality and very comfortable. I want to note that the seller is excellent. The order went wrong in December and it never arrived. It was a mistake by Fedex, but the store checked and sent us refund immediately. Re-ordered the same item and it arrived on time. Thanks for the efforts!

Purchase this rug for our living room, but after just a few vacuums the rug piled terribly. I don't know how you're supposed to maintain this rug and not have a pile. I was glad I could return it since it was still within the time frame. Save your money and buy something else, unless you plan on not vacuuming it.

This is a great rug. It’s thick, plush, and softer than I expected, but thankfully not even slightly shaglike. It feels good under bare feet. Color is very subtle, but noticeable like the photo. The only minor issue was that the corners never relaxed and laid flat, even after a couple of weeks. I had to roll them the wrong way a couple of times. Should have done that earlier.

Despite it being only 20% wool, this is a gorgeous rug. Soft, thick, and plush, the weave is more like a berber which I believe will wear well. The design is a subtle grid in brown and tan over white background. Because it is predominantly white, I will scotch guard it.

This rug is beautiful. It is thick and prettier than pictured. It is easy to spot clean with a damp cloth. Dirt does not get down into the rug since the weave is very thick; i can wipe off dirt with a damp cloth. I use it as a front entry rug at my front door. Love it! Great quality and highly recommend it. Now I'm looking for another one in a 9'x12' for my living room!

Love this rug....tried 3 other rugs and probably looked at thousands online. This rug is perfect. Very very light grey and has subtle dark grey lines throughout. Modern and classy. Soft and cushioned feeling on feet. We used a carpet pad, but you might be able to get by without one.
