I was in a car accident years ago and have had back issues on and off since. The last two months I’ve had a flair up that has been ongoing. I ordered this belt about a month ago and have been wearing it daily. It’s amazing! I still have back issues and am taking some good meds, but I couldn’t function without the support of this belt. I am selling my house and doing a ton of clean out to prep for the sale. I was also throwing a huge party that required a lot of prep (and then hosting duties the day of)…and I run around after a five year old daily. I didn’t know how I was going to do it all in the shape I’m in. The answer is this belt (and meds!). The belt is adjustable and you tighten to the level of support you want. I lost about five pounds during this time and was able to continue to tighten for max support even after weight loss. The material has been sturdy and the Velcro is very strong. I’ve been wearing this ALL day EVERY day for a month and it’s still in great shape! My chiropractor was also a fan of the belt, so it’s doctor recommended! It does help to reduce pain, but for me the benefit was being able to push through what I needed to and not be in traction. I recommend this to anyone with lower back pain or injury!

It's too large. I'm a 6'0", 175lbs, out of shape middle aged man, and it's too large. Now, it is kind of clever because there's an additional strap you can use to tighten it fury, but this seems to tighten it in the wrong spot for me. Or maybe it's doing what it should be. Anyway I think it helped me sleep when my pain was middling, but right now I can get off the floor and the belt isn't helping.
