The media could not be loaded. This gaming tower exceeded my expectations, the price was very affordable compared to other ones and the built was neat and clean, excellent job. I like the feature with the button on the case where you can change the RGB colors. I choose this tower because I wanted a neat gaming pc but i didn't wanted to go with the cheapest option here on the marketplace, you know the old saying, 'you get what you paid for'. Also, the wifi feature is great, it is Wi-Fi 6 with a built in card, this makes it more speedy than the other ones. I also ran a couple benchmark tests on it using furmark and superposition, well.. it passed all of my stress testing without any problems. for example when I ran Furmark the video card stayed always cool around 70 degrees, which is pretty cool actually for a 4K load test with 8X MSAA Same thing with Superposition on a 4K load test I got 38 FPS and then running in 1080p I was getting 66 FPS which Is pretty smooth gameplay considering this video card is an entry level. The accessories that came with it are not so great but not so bad either, I think the company foucs was the pc itself not the accessories, not a deal breaker for me, I rather have a great pc nicely built, that's my opinion. It came packaged in a plain cardboard box with Styrofoam. The accessories came protected inside of a thick air bag like the ones that are used for wine bottles, there was zero damage for any of these items or the PC itself. I checked the software and the PC comes with an authentic genuine windows digital license that allows me to update the computer online. Also, there was not software installed other than the windows and the video card control panel, I like this because there was not bloatware or Spyware or anything, just a genuine clean fresh installation of windows. Also, in the back of the PC there was am sticker with a serial number and with the contact information for the company in case I needed their support. Overall I feel very satisfied with my purchase, and I would recommend this PC to any one looking for an entry level starter gaming pc or with a budget. ... show more

I purchased this for my 12 yr old son for his 1st PC to go with his Xbox. Quick and easy set up. Wifi works phenomenally. He uses it for games like Fortnite ,Roblox, and Minecraft. Customer service was excellent. The fan was damaged in transport even though the packing appeared sufficient. I contacted the number listed on a Sunday and received a return call after the posted hours of operation. A return label was created for the damaged unit and a new PC was sent. It arrived in 2 days after dropping off the return to Fedex. I also received a follow up call a few days after delivery of the new PC to check and make sure everything was functioning properly. This has been installed for a little over 2 weeks and so far, so good. I would definitely purchase again. ... show more

all the reviews saying it’s fast are wrong. it takes at least a full 30 seconds to load youtube, it can barely even run roblox (which can usually run on anything), and downloads take forever. it took the sims 4 3 whole days to download. not even good for daily tasks, since it takes minutes for sites to load. also it lies when it says it has 1 tb of storage, it has 950 gb. also, for some reason, my windows installation was missing some programs?? it can’t even upgrade to windows 11. the keyboard and mouse are cheaply made and the wifi adapter broke the day after i got it. not worth your money or time. on top of that, shipping was also delayed. you’re better off getting a $300 laptop than this ... show more

It’s an eye candy for sure with the rgb fans and all. But problem is the video card (1660 super) will only run graphics at med to low settings. But it’s a great starter pc for anyone looking to switch to pc gaming from console or anyone shopping on a budget ( like myself ). Edit / The cpu that comes with this pc build will only push the 1660 super at 50% . They are getting over on us. I didn’t know anything about pcs at the time I purchased this and now I am an expert. Took me months to learn but after sufficient time spent researching and testing , I have learned so much. And I am fascinated . Yes this pc will play games out the box. No , it will not do ultra settings with the cpu that comes with it. And when you upgrade your cpu , you also have to upgrade your motherboard and ram , so you’re better off building your own pc. Or looking for a better prebuilt , but the building your own option is far cheaper than paying for someone to do it for you . Have a great day and sorry to disappoint . For being on the cheaper side it's pretty good. The hard is a little outdated but can be upgraded. As is its pretty fast and stays cool, noise is less than my old pc. Pretty much every game I play it run at 60fps with the exception of fallout 4 (but it's a fallout game). Over all not a bad pc for the price. ... show more

Bought this PC for gaming. Arrived DOA, failed to POST. I could have just returned to Amazon and moved on. Instead, I called their service number. Smart move for me! Service tech was polite and very helpful. Guided me through a few tests that showed it was indeed dead. He said that if I ship it back to the company (the maker not Amazon) at their expense (FedEx), they would send a replacement. I received an e-mail with a fedex label, shipped it, got a call when they received it and was told the new one was checked and confirmed to boot successfully and they were about to ship it. New one works great. This company has a priority on delivering a product that works. I value that kind of service and support. The replacement works fine and does what I want it to do for me.
