Sturdy and appears well made. My 17lb Maine Coon fits comfortably in the large platform and as it is step tiered he can navigate his way up it like steps. Some trees are vertical and he would have trouble with that. My normal sized cats love the hanging basket and top platform. This is their go to spot now for nap time. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Very nice. Very sturdy. The cats love it. The tortie was in the house during assembly, which seemed pretty easy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the dangling elastic toys. Cats can easily get tangled, strangled. I don’t know why they keep making cat trees that are dangerous, without atleast coming with a warning label. With that being said, they can easily be cut off. Please cut them off. ... show more

I have two large cats and this tree is absolutely perfect for them. It sits near a window and my cats love sleeping on it,looking out the window and playing. The cat that I didn't think would like the little hammock like piece absolutely loves it. Very stable, didn't even anchor it, cats jump on and off with barely any shake. My cats are obsessed with this cat tree. Even as we were putting it together they were all over it. It's very sturdy and yet light-weight compared to other cat trees we've had. I love how the platforms and holes are made for adult cats. Neither of them have issue fitting anywhere. There's plenty of room for them to roll around and play. Definitely worth it. EDIT: I left my original review March 12th 2025, today is April 27th 2025. Unfortunately, the top piece separated from its plastic piece that holds it in place and fell off. My cat is fine, but it definitely makes me question the stability over time or if I just got a defect. Hopefully they aren't all like this. ... show more

This is the best tree I’ve had yet. The color is beautiful, the material is soft, all the parts were there and instructions were pretty easy. Went together smoothly. It’s a little more money than I wanted to spend, but I didn’t want more than one box or hammock thing on it since my cats don’t use them as much as the shelves.
