I bought this for a family member overseas. The phone never turned on even when it was put on the charger for 24 hrs . It was a waste of money and would like a refund.

Nice phone but the android version did not allow usage of other languages. I am tri-lingual and prefer to use text messages in all 3 languages but the keyboard did not have other choices than English. You can change the entire system language on the phone but the keyboard remains blank or English so you cannot text in other languages if you do not see which key corresponds to what letter of the chosen language ... show more

I purchased 2 of these for my kids. These are not SAMSUNG phones. They are listed as S21 Ultra. I gave this a 2 star because when I realized these could not be used, I contacted the seller and after a few messages back and forth, I was fully refunded for both items. No hassles with seller. This item will NOT work in all areas especially in the US (not my area). I was able to connect to internet but not Hotspot, novoice services, and no mobile networks could be found. ... show more
