The media could not be loaded. This is my first use, out of the box! I make keychains, earrings and small crafts for my business and this size is perfect for me. There will be fumes/smoke from burning materials so please use in a place with good ventilation. Overall set up was so easy and straight forward and it comes with some test material. The machine itself is light and does not take up too much space. Good value for money and the functionality and quality of the engraving/Cutting of this materials is very good. This is the second laser I have bought and works great with both laserGBRL and Lightburn as long as I connect it to the computer. Engraves steel and wood with no problems, very clean. The laser also works as it is described and is quite powerful.
