A great deal on this. I have several of the 40V Ryobi tools and love 'em. I wanted the chainsaw, but they were so expensive. found this deal for the refurbished one and decided to take a chance on it. When it got here it looked brand new. I just added bar and chain oil and stuck in a battery. It works great. I've been chopping up a big oak branch that I had taken down recently. the branch is bigger than any tree in my yard. this thing is going through it with no issues. ... show more

The case the that contained the item was damaged and there was no original packaging. I probably will be charged a restocking fee for the return which I will contest with the equivalent of the consumer product division of Georgia. No where in the description of the product does it mention that the item might be refurbished or used. ... show more
