Great Value

Was skeptical because of the price and lack of reviews but it has been perfect for light gaming.

Very disappointing…..I got a defective card.
I wanted to give this card the benefit of the doubt. I should have paid attention to the other negative reviewers. First off the power cord supplied is the wrong cord entirely. It doesn’t fit anything in the case or video card. Strike one. How could you get that wrong? Fortunately, I had a spare 6-port male power cord available in my case. The instructions supplied show a double power connection on a video card that is a different card altogether. Second, the card is so wide, it eliminates 2 PCI-e slots above the card making it impossible to have anything else besides my rear USB ports. If I lost those, I could install only one peripheral. Strike two for me. Third, the card failed to post any video. All slots (and I tried all 5 slots individually with a complete reboot in between) fail to post anything. Monitors simply say “No Video”. I installed the old card and everything posts video fine. Strike three. This card is a dud and complete waste of my time. Sending it back as defective. Buyer beware. ... show more

Nice for multi-monitor ofice use
The video card arrived quickly. Not for a novice to install (well, might be if you just plug it in and do not try to follow instructions). The instructions are gibberish and make little sense. The instruction allude to a CD with drivers arriving with the card, but no CD and instructions say to not download a driver as you might get black screen. There is a power cable, but no instructions on if it is needed or how to connect. I connected it to an unused cable set from my power supply. I did not attempt to contact tech support, but did search internet and could not find anything on this video card. There is not tech support email or phone number supplied, just says contact seller. I installed the card and connected my dual monitors, powered up the computer and it took a little bit, but a window came up to say reboot. After rebooting, both monitors worked at the resolution they should. I looked in device manager and the computer had automatically installed AMD Radeon RX 580 driver and I did not have to do anything manually. Have only been using for a couple days, but so far works nicely, especially for the price. The fans are quite so far, and video quality is good for office use. It is not used for gaming, so i have no idea how it performs for gaming. It is difficult to find a video card that will display multiple monitors using the same type of outputs (three display ports). Most cards will have one of each type. So far, working fine for dual monitor office computer using display port outputs and plays solitaire with no lag :) HDMI output works well also. For a low cost multi-monitor setup it is worth the hassle to figure out how to install, once installed, one can look back and say that was not so difficult even with no instructions, assuming you have some PC knowledge. I would purchase again. ... show more

Defective part, returned it
Didn't work from the start, screen came up with 2x 2" bars of colored gibberish, then my monitor started flickering on and off, so I unplugged it and sent it back. No problem there, so far. ... Just a bad part, I guess 😕

No support. No help. No replacement. Just a waste of time and money!

Short Life
I never used it to play any 3D games, never physically moved it around. Just slightly used it as the Windows desktop display in less than an hour a day (not on my main PC). But somehow after a month or so it just suddenly died??? No video, not being recognized its existence. Moved it to another PC, the same not not being recognized its existence. ... show more

Useless waste of money.
Looks impressive yet it is not. Don't bother, I may put my old card in.
