Thisbis not hard to install but we did get confused a couple times and it took a little elbow grease. Definitely much easier with two people but you could probably do it alone without any issues. Fits perfectly and does extend far enough to add a good amount of shade and protection. The material is very thick and durable and so far has held up well, and I do think will stand up well to the weather in our area. A really good value in my opinion. We have a local RV dealership that sells similar products for our model and they were much more exspensive. Highly reccomend ... show more

Good quality and the seams are tight. With the product came the necessary straps for the awning, large metal screws for mounting to the floor. Depending on whether it is used as a manual or electric awning, the assembly of the awning changes. Therefore, there is no user manual. As other reviewers have mentioned, too many field variations existing, for meaningful replacement instructions. The media could not be loaded. I'm really happy with this RV awning replacement material. It seems to be high quality and the stitching is great as you can see in my pictures. They provide everything you need to do the replacement. They even included some things like large metal screws to go in the ground and straps to anchor the awning. At first I was a little irritated that they didn't include instructions, but after doing some research, I discovered that there are a lot of types of awnings from different manufacturers so it would be almost impossible to include instructions. You will have to look up your type of awning or RV depending on if it is the manual type or the power awning like I have. I thought this was going to be very difficult, but after finding a video on how to replace my type of awning it wasn't too bad. You will definitely need a second person to help with the replacement. In my video, I briefly went over the process for replacing the power awning on my Jay Feather. Hopefully this awning will last me many years, but I will update my review if I have any trouble with it. Thanks for reading and I hope this review was helpful! ... show more

Very nice replacement. Good sturdy, durable fabric. Old one ripped when the wind picked up one day. My husband got it installed quickly. I wouldn't know where to start with that so I'm glad he fixed it. Definitely recommend.
