It looks good but it was cut out of square. It is 4 inches out of square from one corner to the other. Can't return it either since it tore when it was installed by the installer.

Not being an expert, I managed to do this with the help of my wife. YouTube has many videos on how to do this. I installed the whole awning from off if an old RV and didn't want the tattered teal-colored fabric.

My reason for the 4 rating is due to the lack of reinforcing stitches in the most critical areas of strength, ie; the area that slides into the channel on the camper body. Time will tell as to my evaluation of this weak link in the chain.
