They fit well and comfortably. I've been wearing these pads for about 2 months now. To say the least I am impressed. These things have saved my knees big time. I am an Ironworker out of local 86 in Seattle. I normally will give tools or gear a try and if they don't work right or make my day easier they don't come back to the job. I put these on every day under my jeans and over my under armor. They stay right where I need them. Nothing lasts very long in my trade so I will be buying another set soon enough.

The overall fit is very nice, the material being capable of stretching without cutting off circulation. The material is quite thin, which is good in that t doesn't promote sweating behind the knee. The calf portion tends to hold position vertically quite well. However, the thigh portion slips down and simply ends up curled at the top of you knee. With all that, the pad holds is position both vertically and horizontally, which is great. Someone else mentioned the pad could be extended higher above the knee, and I would agree. Once you kneel, your knee is barely covered and your upper shin is protected nicely. Re-designing the knee pad position should also help prevent the roll-down problem with the thigh. Good protection within the pad itself, should work for nearly any type of work, even on rock. The only problem is the hexagonal shapes also are on the back, so your knee ends up with these funny shaped indentions. So, if you're wearing shorts, beware your knees will look funny for a few hours.

We bought these for our 10 year old wrestler. He said they were very comfortable, but near the start of only his second practice wearing them, the internal padding pieces completely came apart and moved all around, leaving big gaps in the knee pad and rendering them completely useless. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY!

I have to kneel on hard floors at work sometimes during production and cleaning. They are comfortable enough for a 10 hour shift. They add some warmth to your legs so plan accordingly. Sports or construction work would probably require something a bit heavier. They are holding up well and I would buy again.

My 6th loves this knee pad. The length is perfect, very comfortable and the most important part, it stays in place due to the top having a line of sticky to keep it in place. Doesn’t slide around at all!! We’ve used all the name brand knee sleeves and this is a go to for sure!
