This was my first purchase of this product by this brand. I also purchased a skylight replacement cover from the same brand and I am very satisfied with both products. This is super easy to use and it is not terribly messy. The Functionality, Durability, Flexibility, and Sealability will have to be gauged over time, but so far it is working out great. I did some comparisons, looked at other reviews, and found this to be a great price point for this type of product. Getting the 4-pack saved a little money and I used the extra tubes to reseal some of the old covers on my 2016 Gray Wolf RV Toy Hauler, after replacing the skylight and sewer vent covers that I broke this winter shoveling the snow off the roof.

Works greats, just don't apply it when it's too hot outside. Run off got a Lil runny in the texas heat so pay attention to the temp outside. Other then that , lay it on thick and as even as possible.

Bought 8 tubes of this and 4 tubes of the Kohree brand lap sealant. This is a solid product and did the job it was supposed to do with no hiccups, however it did not level as well as the Kohree brand. I prefer the Kohree for a few bucks more per 4 pack. Can't speak to longevity as I just applied today. Great budget option.
