Great product. Used to seal camper roof. Plan on at least 2 coats to make your roof nice and white. Kinda messy and applicators go in trash right after use. Make sure you have multiple roller covers and brushes. Will order again when needed.

Very thick white. Applies easy with roller. Keep in mind do not use if the humidity is close to 80% apply late morning through mid afternoon so it has at least 2 hours to dry. Applied to my 30' 5th wheel RV roof 5 gallon think I will get 6 plus coats. Cleans with water hose and sprayer. The primer applied and was ready to apply the sealer within 2 hours. The cleaner was ok but the room was old and had to use a 2nd bottle of cleaner.

Works great. I got four good quality layers on a 30 foot RV. All the chemicals were good. I even got cold feet before doing it and started a return. They sent me shipping labels to send everything back… I ended up keeping it and I’m glad I did. Product works great and it looks incredible. The primer is a must and so is the cleaning agent.

EDIT: 6 months later....I chose this as I was putting 8 solar panels on my roof, that required 38 new screws for brackets and wiring...The sealant in the tubes is nothing short of incredible. I had a section of EPDM on the roof and the primer was not as good as I hoped. Make sure you allow a whole weekend of good weather, this is not a one day job but the results look like they are going to last a long time...EDIT: 6 months later, not going as well as hoped. Followed the instructions, clean, prime, 3 coats and adhesion to the original 3 year old roof is not great. Comes off on a warm day just being on it. Have done many Patches (re coats to original) and due for more. What makes it truly cure?

I’ve been wanting to do our roof for 3.5 years now. And finally took the plunge. I’m a pretty handy woman. But This kit had me pretty intimidated. But I managed to get the job done without any issues. And It looks brand new! I ended up just stripping the old rubber off with a sander, instead of using the primer that was included in the kit. And I’m glad I did. I feel like this will make the new rubber last for many years! I ended up only using the entire bucket of liquid rubber and the lap sealant. The rest of the kit was unused. Wish I could just return those things. I could have save a couple hundred dollars. But I’m happy with the finished result! It’s is a really messy process. So wear disposable clothes and good gloves.
