This is a nice bit of RV awning material. It is just as heavy as the origiinal and looks like it will last just as long. We unfolded it in the heat and let it sit in the sun a bit to dewrinkle and went to work. We cut and installed it without any more problems than we expected. The fabric is reasonably heavy, and the stitching is solid. Installing is not the easiest if your old awning has been on for several years as mine has. Search online and you will find many videos showing how to install this awning - which is good, since this did not come with any instructions. After putting it on, leave it open in the hot sun for a couple days to remove all packing wrinkles. This looks good and works as well as the original did. ... show more

When we were cleaning our camper to put it away for the winter we noticed there were several small holes in our awning. We didn't notice it until we put water on it and they dripped. This new awning is made out of heavy duty material with the edges made to slide right into the frame. The color is beautiful. This awning replacement is very nice and should provide us with years of enjoyment. I did not rate this item on ease of installation as we will not be installing the new awning until the spring. ... show more

Seems to be good quality feels very heavy and appears durable. True to size and colors are nice and vibrant only time will tell how long it will hold up. I'll update in the fall after using it all summer.

    • Thick, good quality
This is thick and good quality, and appears like it would be easy to install on the pictured style of awning. My awning is a different style, but with a little creative work (with some pvc pipe and some awning repair tape) I was able to make it work for my needs.
