It’s my second time purchasing this product. It’s great and I’m happy I found it. I’ve used two different ones in the past and they peeled up after 2 years. This product is still holding strong after 2 years and the only reason I’m bought another is I had the front part of my RV roof replaced two years ago and the product they used is peeling up already so I’m having to redo there work.

Product has worked great . I have not seen any issues or leaks . It’s a bit messy and could come with an applicator (brush) . I also wish the package was sealable so the unused portion would store better . Overall a good buy

Okay, not gonna lie, I was skeptical of this product Our 5th wheel travel trailer is an older model. We live in it year round & have had it for years. Anyhow, as can be expected, the front part of the roof started leaking in on the corners. We tried caulking & RV roof tape for leaks Still water would get in our bedroom closet. I ended up putting a tarp over it until I could do more research for a better solution. I kept running across many people talking about an actual roof sealant for older RVs. I ran across many different roof sealant products and I kept com8ng back to this one. The reviews were positive & a few were actually very helpful with tips. Finally, I ordered it. I had already cleaned the front portion of my roof, so I applied the roof sealant. I did one layer, let it dry. Did another layer & let it dry. I then apply extra layer to the 2 corners & the seams. About a week later, we had a serious rainstorm. When I got home from work, I went to check our closet for leaks -- I held my breath and felt for any dampness where I had left a towel below each corner on the shelf. To my amazement & joy, both were DRY. YAY!!!! It's been a couple of months now, still no leaks. I will be ordering some more & try to do the whole roof with it. Will have to do it in sections, tho. So far, I am very satisfied and will be ordering more.

comes in bags you have to pour out.... it's the consistency of paint not rubber roof sealant and 3 coats on a 37' rig took all of about 2 gallons -- should have taken 5--- it's crap -- don't buy it
