I bought these scissors so my daughter could cut my hair. They were completely dull, they didn't cut a single strand of my hair. For real, a toddler could use them and be completely safe. My daughter is left handed. And if you are not left handed yourself, you really don't stop to think of all the things that are different for them. She and I both like trimming our own bangs between hair cuts, and she's mentioned before how she hates doing it and it doesn't always look as good every time.
