It is a very cute bed and looks just like the picture and was pretty easy to assemble besides some missing labels and I wouldn't get this bed unless you dont mind for it too take a long time to build. It took me and another person about 7 hours in total to do all of it. It looks amazing!

The only positive is that this bed set provided a hide out space for my daughter, was just what she wanted. However, this bed is so unstable. To start it took a long time to build. After it was complete it is so wobbly and I can hear her moving at night, and I am 2 rooms. Many of the screws loosen and need to be tightened, constantly. I won’t let her go up top with anyone else nor let an adult sleep there with fear it is going to collapse. Wish after all the time to build it would have been better quality. She wants another just like it but sturdy. Hope to find a way to stabilize versus starting all over. ... show more

This is an absolutely phenomenal purchase, it looks great & definitely seems sturdy enough for my 7 year old twins. However I am missing the pieces to connect the back of the couch to the bed. They didn’t come in the box. It will be a massive pain to take apart all I’ve put together & shove it in a box and ship it back. I hope Amazon could possibly solve this issue for me because it was pretty expensive for it to not be able to become fully assembled. ... show more

Works as intended. Some issue with the trundle sliding underneath due to the bed being on carpet but furniture movers under the 4 corners of the trundle fixed that. We also had to raise the main bed as our mattress came even with thr opening. The drawers could be a bit more secure as with the front grey panel on the trundle. One piece was slightly damaged with wood splinters sticking out and fabric covering torn, but not a big enough issue for me to send it back for as it is on a back piece of the bed. Will just cover. The instructions weren't super clear or detailed. If you are pretty handy it won't be a problem, but if not you definitely want to skip this item or have someone else put it together for you. Fabric is also discolored along seams for some reason. This is a charcoal grey, almost black, and along the seams the fabric itself is PURPLE. If it wasn't such a hassle to return such a big item I would. Would not purchase this again. ... show more

There were a couple items we received that were chipped, had paint missing, and had cracks. The ladder portion is completely unsafe because theres a cracked step that could easily cut the child’s foot. The side of the ladder has a knot in the wood that caused a crack one the screw was put in place. Looking back, I probably wouldn’t have initially ordered this bed just because there are so many spots where it looks like the manufacturers were careless. The trundle does not pull out easily at all and it’s causing the screws to rip from the L brackets. I had to do heavy digging in the info to see that it requires a 6 inch mattress and purchased just that so it would fit and it still is almost too tight. I purchased it for the lower cost and it’s quality is completely horrible! I would’ve been better off spending an extra $100. Would not come close to recommending! ... show more
