Beautiful rug! It is not very thick, but for the price, I did not expect it to be. It seems to be resistant to sliding how it comes, but I put an anti-slip mat underneath it for a little extra cushion and security. It’s super soft and compliments the space well! The wrinkles also came out almost immediately and it was super easy to put down. 5 stars! Shown during the day (second pic) and at night (first pic) to show the difference the lighting makes on the rug.

So far this rug is okay. I am not one to give 5 stars, especially immediately after I receive a product. The real test will be in about 6-8 months when we have gone through a couple of seasons' wear and tear. I had hoped for a bit of a thicker pile, but for the price and the machine washability, I was willing to try this one. As of now though, the colors are beautiful. The rug lies flat and has good grip on the floor beneath without sticking to it and leaving a residue thus far. It is so very soft, not from a plush, thick stand point, but from a velvety or satin texture feel. If you are looking for cushion, this is not the rug. The rug itself is NOT thick. It is the thickness of an inexpensive bath towel. I'm sure that is why it is machine washable though. But the durability of such a thin rug will be one of the things that I watch closely as time goes by. How will it stand up to foot traffic? Will the corners roll up? Will the short, thin pile break off? Will the very short pile go flat? Will the color disintegrate as the pile wears? Will my dog like it? Will it hold up to the washer? Because I WILL be washing it a lot since we have a dog. We shall see.....

I have 5 of these rugs and only had a minor issue with 1 after a year+. Customer service was a dream to work with. They truly are stain resistant, easy to wash and extremely soft! Highly recommend.

The rug is OK and could be washed at the laundry mat in an industrial washer. But it can't be vacuumed by any vacuum cleaner I have because it's so lightweight, the suction pulls the rug into the beater brush. I've tried my stick vac, Eureka upright, Bissell canister vac and none of them can do it without pulling it into the beater brush. I even tried using a vacuum where I could turn the beater brush off, but then everything was still stuck to the rug (lint, dog hair, dirt). The texture is like those velour sofas where it has to be wiped by hand with a wet cloth to get the surface dirt off, then you'd have to pick it up & take it outside to shake off the dirt. This would be OK I guess if you don't mind moving all of your furniture every other day and don't have a very big size. But ours is the 10 x 14 and this is just unreasonable for us. I vacuum every day because we have golden retrievers. It's too late to return this so hopefully I can sell it locally. But just be aware that what you're buying is a lightweight, foamy style rug that is difficult to vacuum if you're buying anything bigger than 5'7.
