If your cold-weather wardrobe needs a quick style upgrade, this single-breasted overcoat does the trick. The lapel and calf-length cut frame a neat silhouette, the pockets are practical, and the inner pocket is exactly where I want my wallet to live. Warmth is solid for fall and normal winter errands, and it dresses up or down without fuss. My one hang-up is the fabric. It is a wool-blend lookalike with a bit of synthetic sheen, so no one will confuse it with a premium wool topcoat. This gives it a bit of a "fast fashion" vibe. If you accept that, the value is quite good. My Rubric ✅ Good = qualifies as a selling point ➖ So-So = not great, but also nothing resembling a show stopper ❌ Not Good = Could be a show stopper My star ratings, which tend to skew upward due to limitations in the 5 star system are further elaborated in a decimalized scoring at the end of the review. The Good ✅ Clean, single-breasted design with lapel collar, sturdy buttons, and a polished silhouette that works for office, dinner, or weekend. ✅ Pockets where you need them, two slant hand pockets plus an inner pocket for a phone or wallet. ✅ Warm and comfortable for fall and typical winter commuting without feeling bulky. ✅ Easy to match, looks right with dress trousers and a button-down or a hoodie and jeans. ✅ Length hits that flattering long-coat zone, adds presence without tripping your shins. The So-So ➖ Modern slim fit. It looks sharp over a shirt or light sweater, but a chunky blazer underneath can feel tight. ➖ Fabric aims for a wool look, yet the synthetic blend has a noticeable sheen in some colors and lighting. ➖ Care is hand wash or dry clean, which is normal for dress coats, just plan for it. ➖ Naming is generous. It wears like a long overcoat more than a traditional trench with storm flaps and belt. The Not-Good ❌ In certain colors the sheen can read “budget” up close. If you want true wool texture, this will not scratch that itch. The details The cut is the headline here. Single-breasted, hidden button look, and a straight, modern line that flatters broad shoulders without ballooning at the waist. The calf-length adds visual height, and the inner construction feels tidy, with smooth lining and a secure inner pocket. Warmth is on target for day-to-day use in cool climates. I would not pick it for hours outside in sub-freezing weather, but for commuting, errands, and evenings out, it holds its own. Fit notes, because that is where coats live or die. The pattern leans slim. Over a crewneck or light knit, it looks tailored. Over a thick blazer, the armholes and chest can feel snug. If your winter plan includes layering chunky pieces, consider sizing strategy accordingly, but do not overdo it or the sleeves will run long and the shape will sag. Fabric is a wool-blend stand-in. From a few steps away it reads clean and dressy. Up close, some colors show a polyester-like sheen. If you pick a darker, matte shade, the effect is more refined. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I ordered this. Unless I'm buying a brand I'm familiar with, it's always a risk buying clothes online sight unseen. I really wanted a long overcoat for the fall, though, so I figured I'd take the chance with this. I knew the brand name, but haven't owned anything from them. I was very impressed with the quality as soon as I unpacked it. I examined it carefully and didn't find any loose threads or stitching. I ordered the XL, being 6'2", 195 lbs, with a 45" chest. It fits perfectly. It's soft, very comfortable, and it looks fantastic. The length is exactly as shown in the photos, and looks so cool when wearing this coat. As I say, this is something I'll be wearing mostly in the fall. It will pair nicely with just a shirt or sweater. Maybe a zip up/pullover sweatshirt or hoodie. If you're planning on wearing a heavy/thick blazer or suit jacket, maybe try a lighter/thinner cut. I think a heavier jacket underneath would feel too tight and restrictive. I wouldn't suggest going up a size, as the overcoat would look as if it were draped over you, the sleeves would be way too long, and even a heavy jacket wouldn't fill out the excess room. This coat is heavy enough for winter use, as long as you don't plan on being in freezing temperatures for hours on end. Great for if you're commuting, say, and will just be in and out of a car or, as in my case, the subway, and will only be braving the elements for a few blocks. Overall, I'd recommend this coat. It looks and feels great, and is a bargain at this price point.

I really like this jacket for what it is, but this is made to look like wool. And if you know what wool looks like, then this is going to stick out like a sore thumb. It has an unnatural sheen to it that polyester-cotton mixes have and this is just very, very obvious. Other than that, this is a very nice long coat/overcoat, not a trench coat. Trench coats are longer, a lot longer, and this isn't quite as long as a trench coat. So it's single breasted and for a man it is very slim fit, accentuates broad shoulders and looks very classy for what it is. I like that on the inside it feels a lot softer than the outside and it's thick, very thick. Yet, despite being thick it fits slim on a man, so please keep that in mind. On the inside there is also an inner breast pocket to stash your wallet or a cigar holder, if you're into that kind of thing but that's just for reference in size. If you're just looking for a coat that isn't real wool and won't mind that being pointed out or try to pass it off as wool, this coat is great. There's a lot of value here and it makes a man look well put together for a night out on the town or heading into the office when winter time comes around. Super nice coat.

I was looking for the overcoat for this fall weather and I got this amazing coat. The quality of this overcoat is top-notch. I paired this with white sweater and white pants and it just looked amazing on the top of it. However, you can use wear any color underneath it. I am 5'6" ordered the one in medium size and it fits me perfectly. This overcoat's length is little below the knee. I am planning to wear this during winter as well, I feel the thickness of this coat is great and should prevent me from the cold weather as well. I like to wear this for business as well as casual functions and goes well in any event.
