The media could not be loaded. Pro tip make sure you leave the top in the box upside down and build from there. This took probably half an hour to build. I purchased for my mother after she saw my gas fire pit. I will say I was a little skeptical with some of the reviews saying the igniter had issues as you can see in my video I had no issues whatsoever. The legs are actually let her mash with the portion of the top that they need to be attached to which made putting everything together a breeze. I really like the magnet enclosure that is very strong and secure. And it really does pump out some heat. My mother for the front porch and says she’s been using it every night. I would buy this again! I hope this was helpful.

The media could not be loaded. I'm very happy with my recently purchased firepit. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived within 2 days of ordering...well before the date range given at time of order. Packing was very good... no damage. I received glass with my unit and bought another 10 lbs clear glass, but really only used half of that. I had some difficulty installing the panel that abuts the starter knob, but I loosened the pre-assembled starter (knob) fastened to the top and then tightened it back up after the panel was installed. I just ordered a 17.5" square wind guard which i think will round out my purchase beautifully. I am really looking forward to many evenings that I can turn on the fire and turn it off when I'm ready. Also, the price was very attractive, especially with the $50 off coupon. The only item I question is the instruction to keep the guard on the burner ring free of glass. It's kind of an eyesore but I think when the pit is in operation and with the wind guard, I will be distracted from the metal guard exposed in the glass pit. It's not going to negatively affect my experience. UPDATE: added the wind guard and love it. Clearing the burner guard of any glass has not taken away from the beauty. I can't even notice unless I look for it.

Trate de instalar siguiendo las instrucciones y fallaba muchas veces, yo pensé q me habían enviado los tornillos incorrectamente, le envíe un mensaje al vendedor, y me dijeron q los tornillos estaban bien, me puse a leer los reviews por aquí y algunas personas escribieron que las notas del manual están incorrectas, ya estaba tan frustrada lo intenté otra vez y finalmente lo pudimos instalar, la única razón que no lo entregué fue porq siempre quise tener un fire pit de gas y que también pudiera usar como mesa. Después de instalarlo me gustó mucho. Lo único malo de este producto son las notas del manual incorrectas.

I searched for months for a fire pit table. Finally I decided to purchase this one. It was quite easy to put together. Just remember not to screw anything tight until the end when all pieces are fit together. It looks gorgeous and very sturdy. It is perfect for our sectional outdoor set. We can use as a table when the pit is not in use. We have only had for about weeks but we enjoy being able to roast marshmallows and have s'mores in a matter of seconds.

Had an issue with the lava rocks, got glass instead. Seller refunded me enough to buy what I wanted for the flame medium. Very solid unit, a bit difficult to install the back panel but the door is nice and aligned with even, parallel gaps.

The directions that were included word outdated. Apparently they have a new way of assembling it but they don’t include those directions. You kind of have to figure it out yourself. After it was fully completed it won’t light.
