My son received this scooter for his 11th birthday and picked it out specifically for all the bells and whistles. He loves the speed, lights and suspension. The trunk and seat are removable. After a few months the mode would not change out of first or go faster than 10mph. I contacted Ruitoo directly and they were very responsive with their communication. They have offered to send a new part to hopefully fix the issue. I will update the review once the part has been received and the issue is resolved. ... show more

I bought 2 of these about 7 months ago, I have since had to replace both throttle boxes, a rear tire (that still goes flat), a kick stand and now one of them the wires aren’t connecting correctly making inoperatable. We have had nothing but issues after about the 4 month mark with things breaking. Highly advise not to purchase this unless you want continuous fixing them, only good thing is replacement pieces are cheap (hence why they break) ... show more

Scooter has worked great. Had an issue with battery not showing correct state of charge. Contacted customer support. They quickly identified the problem and sent out the replacement part which fixed the problem. Great customer support.

Bought this for my son for Christmas we took it out the day after the scooter is very fast and comfortable it almost scared me a little bit LOL make sure you're wearing a helmet only cons were it didn't come with instructions and went to install the luggage you can't fold it or at least I can't I was able to figure out how to assemble it it end up being kind of easy even though I don't consider myself the best person when it comes to putting things together I will update my review after more experience ... show more
