  • Solid bang for the buck
Item Package Quantity: 10
Does the job, nice and simple. Cables could be a bit fragile but it's a 10 pack so if one doesn't work, there are plenty of spares. Volume is decent as well.

  • Works exactly as needed, quiet but clearly audible
Item Package Quantity: 2
It easily attached to the motherboard, fitting the afforded outlet correctly. It produces a quiet beep when the computer starts up, which is always a reassuring sound to this long-time PC user. When there is a problem with a computer system, those beep codes can help so much, even with modern computers. A nice quiet beep and you know all is well with the PC's self-test results and that you can look elsewhere for the cause of whatever the problem is. Or if you hear multiple beeps (a beep code), you can look the code up in your motherboard's manual to decode and zoom in quickly on possible causes. ... show more

  • It works - get it
Item Package Quantity: 2
Not sure what else to say. Perhaps that it beeps wonderfully? Or perhaps it's beeping good deal? Anyway, it beeps as expected. Connector fits as expected. It's audible when the system starts. It's also audible when I stop a fan by hand setting off the fan failure alert. Every motherboard should have one even if it just for a fan/pump alert. [Update] I'm hard of hearing. The speaker does not sound very loud to me, but I can hear it every time the system starts up. The post and then continuously until all fans start spinning. It's gentle. If you need a klaxon, this won't do. ... show more

Works as advertised, but one broke after about a month with little use. Good thing it comes in a two pack.

  • Cheap price
Item Package Quantity: 2
I got 2 of these for a couple dollars. Plugged the first one in, and done. That simple. I have a spare in case I break another one.

  • unable to use these
Item Package Quantity: 2
I could never get these to work, but it's not the manufacturer's fault. After buying them, I later discovered that Intel has removed the motherboard speaker/buzzer functionality from their chipsets since the 600-series chipset era. It would be nice if a notice was posted to this effect so other buyers wouldn't repeat my mistake. ... show more

  • Great for diagnosing POST!
Item Package Quantity: 2
Had an ASUS mobo with a ton of issues. Put it on my working PC and got the "beep". Put the same speaker on the non functioning mobo to see if it was POSTing and dead silent. So at least I was able to figure that the Asus mobo had a POST issues.
