Although when the rug was delivered, the plastic wrapping was tore so I was worried it could have gotten soiled while it was on my porch. Glad we didn't have rain or it would have got wet. Being an elderly woman, I managed to drag it into the house and had to wait till my son to come to help me get it placed in the room, because It was heavy. It took a couple of days for the folded creases to lay flat. I really love this shag rug it's just the right highth and after vacuumed it's really soft on the feet. Great buy for the right price!

This is a GREAT rug for the price! It’s not fantastic quality, and it’s not as full and plush as it appeared in the Amazon listing, but it does exactly what we needed it to do, and it looks great! It does shed a good bit, as it seems to be pretty loosely woven. Interested to see how well it hold up with animals!

Originally this rug looked smashed down and very thin. Once I vacuumed it, it stood yup very nicely. It is soft er than I thought it would be and a great color. Adding a plush under pad adds to the niceness.

I had ordered the same sized rug from rugs.com via a different listing, but I was not too pleased with that one. The color was very different from the pictures. What said turquoise, and looked turquoise in the pictures in the ad was in actuality a shiny hunter green. This one's color matches the pictures perfectly. It's a very vibrant blue. They're cheep rugs, so I don't expect impeccable quality, and this is perfectly adequate. It's very shaggy with a yarn like material, but it's not very dense. You can easily feel the underside though it. It also was delivered a little folded, so I'm going to have to press it with some books for a few days to get it to lay nice. Keep in mind that there is no anti-slip backing on this. I just so happen to have some anti-slip mesh to use for this very reason. You can order some on amazon too if you need it. After purchasing 2 rugs on here where the colors didn't match, I'm just relived that 3rd time was the charm. One of the two 2'x3' rugs I ordered had a tiny defect in it. 2 of the fibers were the wrong colors and stuck out like a sore thumb. In my blue rug there was a random white and a random gray fiber in it. I just cut them out with some sizzers, and it's like they were never there. Lastly, all these rugs smell like vinegar right out of the package, and feel like they are coated in it. When it gets on your hands you can feel it dries out your skin. Idk, you can't put it in a washing machine, but maybe, if you or your kids are going to lay on them, wash them with a carpet cleaner on low? Idk if it'll rip the fibers out, though. Good luck.
