I’ll honestly say I wish it was about 14 feet because that’s about the length of of my hallway but a 12 foot carpet runner is great. And given that it’s a carpet runner, it’s not super thick, so it’s not super soft, I wish it was at least an inch thick in terms of softness, but otherwise, I really like it I also bought gorilla grip carpet tape, and that seems to work really well with it ... show more

Let's start by saying the rug was delivered on time, and thats about the best part of it. To my surprise upon delivery, I saw the rug had been FOLDED in half, length wise, then again, and then rolled "to meet size restrictions." I have ordered SEVERAL rugs from amazon and never one time, has one been folded for any reason. I first thought no big deal, it can't be that bad, but boy was I wrong. It is no where near the color shown on the advertised photo. This rug is very tan and beige. The creases from the rug being folded won't come out, and when walking on the rug it feels like cheap cardboard with yarn glued to it. I am very disappointed and would send it back, but I am not even going to waste my time. It will be going to the good will, for someone else to enjoy. I am at such a loss for word as to how upset I am with this purchase. I will not be buying from this company again. ... show more

My first impression was not good. The rug was bunched up and wouldn't lay flat and felt kind of cheap. I laid it under another rug all night to help flaten it out and by morning it looked much better. I used carpet tape all around the edges and to my surprise the rug started looking quite good. My second impression is you get what you pay for. So yes, it's a little lower quality but for the price its quite good. I have had several terrible quality rugs for this price point, I’m not interested in spending $100- $1,000 on a rig as I have a toddler and we live in a farm. No thanks. This was a very affordable high quality rig that looks great in our dining room. Will buy from this seller again.
