This rug should have been 100 dollars or less, and MAYBE I would have accepted it's low quality. First of all, it arrived folded with hard creases so that it was a specific size for shipping. It wasn't rolled. The wrinkles have yet to come out. Not to mention the rug is thin and not plush AT ALL. Its not as nice as i had hoped unfortunately and now i have to go through the process of returning it. Don't expect much from this rug if you want something high quality. To further top it off, when you try to return it, they make you pay for shipping even though they send you damaged goods! Their customer is THE WORST. UPDATE: thankfully amazon sponsored the return for me (which was over 130$) and i got a new rug from the brand which i highly recommend called Safeiah ( i think that's how it is spelled). Eventually rugs.com refunded me for the cost of the rug but unfortunately i won't get my wasted time back. TRUST ME, this rug is not worth the effort .... This rug is worth 50$ and should be sold at Ross or something. Its not the rug youve always dreamed about, its the rug you buy in a pinch when you're short on cash for 50$ not what they're charging here. The wrinkles never came out in the 2 Weeks i gave it a chance, and it just angered me to keep dealing with a defective, low quality item, so i mustered Up the energy to package it back up and waste HOURS processing this stupid rug. Haha I'm over it now but JEEEEEZ!!!!

VERY disappointed in the quality of this rug, it doesn't look at all like the photo. Where to start? It came folded, the backing of the rug is very dark, so where the rug is creased from being folded, not rolled, there are dark creases that show through. On a rug this light, that's a problem and looks terrible. You can barely discern a pattern in the rug and the cream color is very dirty looking, the pile of the rug is really thin, it isn't laying flat and the center of it looks like it's been stretched and pulled out of shape. I don't think it will ever lay flat because of that. It has an odor that isn't going away despite my putting baking soda on it numerous times. It's a 10x14 so I can't take it outside to air out. I bought this for my granddaughters newly remodeled bedroom. Everything in her room looks amazing except this rug. It looks cheap, dirty and misshapen. Because of the room being remodeled I didn't open this rug until a few months after I bought it so I can't return it or I would. Don't waste your money, the rug is not worth 100.00 let alone 300.00.

I liked the print but it was too busy for my area. The rug was not thick enough for me and did not look good where I wanted to put it. You will need a rug pad underneath. It takes a bit of bending and molding the rug so it will lay flat. I needed rug tape as well. I wanted to return it however, I found out that I would have to pay for it myself. The rug was $49 and it would have cost $46.53 to return it and it wasn't worth my time and money. I kept it rather than sending it back. I should have looked at the return policy, so it's my fault. I assumed it would not be an the issue for me. I was wrong. I will review return policies more in-depth before purchasing going forward.

I researched this carpet thoroughly before buying. I knew I was taking a chance. It looks like one of those carpets one can buy off the tailgate of a pick up by the side of the road. SUPER cheap. Shiny plastic, with the fibers very sparse. Don't do it!

Customer service was OK but the product came dirty and smelled like Vinegar!! So I ask for refund and they offered me replacement. The replacement was the same even little bit worst !! So they did refund me but just horrible product !! It is pink with very dirty grey spots!!!!

Excellent customer service. The rug arrived with the edges dirty from the travel. The rug is so lovely, I was disappointed that it got so dirty. I contacted the seller, and pointed out that it hadn't been packaged properly. They were gracious and offered to replace it. The effort to rewrap and send it back was daunting. They met me half way and gave me back $20.00 so I could get it cleaned. It was worth keeping it and cleaning it. Just as depicted. Beautiful.
