Looks exactly like pictures. Super nice. I was initially concerned that there might be some creases from the way it was folded/ rolled up but it laid flat right out of the plastic. Small bit of shedding of the carpet fibers, but that's to be expected. Has a slight chemical smell but it went away within 24 hours. We recently tore out all the old carpet that was installed over the hardwood floor underneath so I've had several rugs in my list and couldn't decide which one I liked best, but I'm so happy with my choice. Will definitely be buying more from this company as we still need a few runners and maybe another area rug for the bedroom. ... show more

This rug arrived folded up, not rolled. It's fine for what we need it for, but we've had it for about a week and the creases still haven't totally smoothed out. I will probably find ways to weigh it down to get it to lay flat and hope that takes care of it fairly quickly.

I bought an 8x10 in Aqua for $200USD. It was not worth it. First off all, it came rolled up and folded in half in a clear plastic bag… no box… It’s somewhere between thin and medium. It’s soft-ish but not soft enough. It’s aqua but nothing special and doesn’t add to the decor. The edges were curling up and I had to place heavy objects on them to make them flat. And it’s really overpriced for the quality… it feels and looks like a cheap rug. I could have gotten a nicer rug at Ross or a similar store for cheaper. I wish I would have returned it and got something different for the money. I buy new cheap rugs all the time because I have kids and they get dirty or we just get tired of them… and I got lazy and ordered from Amazon to make it easier with delivery.
