I received my rug and it is even prettier in person. However, I purchased the 9x12 rug and it is supposed to come with 2 cushion pads. I received one cushion pad. Of course the rug is sliding around my hard wood... which is disappointing. I called ruggable since they are the seller and the customer service seemed a little put out bc I ordered through Amazon. She said she would email me info and get someone in contact with me to correct it. I haven't received a phone call or email. Hopefully this will be resolved, bc I absolutely adore the rug itself.

Love this rug! I washed it and it came out as clean as when I purchased it. The only problem is that I should have gotten a darkened color for my kitchen. I didn’t realize how light it was. I thought it looked darker in the picture. However it is a beautiful rug. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I felt the rug for a 3 x 5 was a little pricey.

First I’m a ruggable fanatic. We own 4 of these types of rugs and I’ll never go back. They are so easy to wash with kids and dogs and don’t fade or pill. They are easy to spot treat and then throw in the wash. This looks exactly like the pictures and is a beautiful mix of colors. Dimensions are spot on. Even after several wash’s the edges don’t fray. Now I don’t dry mine I hang it out to dry so maybe it helps. They are very thin rugs so if you want a thick plush rug this isn’t for you but if you need something to make it under your door then this should be fine.
