The true test for these was when I had to vacuum my rugs because the vacuum always seems to pull them up, but I can say confidently that these worked so well the rug didn't pull up. Removing 1 star because the adhesive did end up coming off on a couple when I was initially installing

I ordered these to hold a throw rug in place on my wall to wall carpet. Not even 24 hours had pass when the rug started bunching. A total waste of money.

These worked for about two weeks and now my rug is picking up again. I am using them on a rug right inside a door, which is why I need them, but they aren't working now. If you are using this in a spot that has low impact without a lot of friction, they may work okay. Overall, I don't think I recommend these.

These little rug grippers are perfect for rug corners that you need to stay fixed tightly to the floor. While they are considered removable you should know that they are very sticky and will stay stuck to your floor. If you don't want strong adhesive on your floor I would choose a different type of product. The other factor is that once they are down it is tough to move the rug to clean the floor. I find you pretty much have to replace the strip once it's pulled up. But if you have a corner that is in a high traffic area and gets tripped over frequently these are the solution you need. I keep them along with several other types of tape, pads etc in my regular line-up and choose which to use depending on rug type and specific needs for that level of traffic.
