I really appreciate the Individually wrapped cases. It helps getting the product to the customer in one piece. (now grouped together as 5 cases - I got another 200 cases) My problem is the lack of attention to details. The hinged area is too loose and the hole and pin to help snap the cassette close and stay closed is merely an after-thought it seems. The shipping box and wrapping is wonderful and when they double-box my cases I feel very good and lucky. Pricing has been excellent and shipping times are spot on. Just wish the cases were better built with parts like the hinge area needing more attention: maybe done to the older cassette box standards.

Didn't expect absolute perfection for 50¢/case and didn't get it, but got enough. Plastic is thin but not problematically so (don't feel like they're going to crack, unless you handle them like a moron). No annoying creaking / scraping / other noises. There is individual wrapping so you don't have to worry about scuffing from transit or storage (a problem I sometimes have with CD jewel cases), although perplexingly, some of the cases come out of the wrapping with small scuffs anyway. This is the only problem worth complaining about, but even so, none of the units in my package were so bad I'd be hesitant to use them. I often harvest thrift store tapes whose cases are cracked, have sticker residue, are so scuffed you can't read the J-card, etc, and wanted a way to make those more fit for playing. These fit that need very well — but, if you are trying to maintain a real collector's quality library, you should probably go upmarket.

Planning to Use them for small print n play card games to save space….so this just increases the per unit price to 67 cents from 60 cents…the one i opened and checked looked good need to remove the spindle holders for my needs anyway so def not needing pristine
