I have to say for what you pay for here; you really get beyond what your buck normally buys these days. This bed is solid wood and will support up to 1,000 pounds. It actually came all the parts, screws, and instructions. It even had extra screws! Assembly was a breeze (25 mins for two adults), and I am enjoying sleeping on a bed that doesn't make any sounds when I roll in my sleep or get in and out of bed. The wooden slats have Velcro to keep them move sliding or moving which is awesome! If you're looking for a low-profile solid wood bed, this is one to consider. I made the mistake and didn't pay attention to weight support on my previous bed which was only 300 pounds. Now most mattresses these days along with foundations are close to 200 pounds and most adults are 150 pounds or more, so yeah do the math. Weight support is a big "it" factor when purchasing a bed frame. Hopefully this prevent others from making the mistake I made on my last purchase which was noisy when I rolled or got in and out of the bed, and ultimately the frame bent and failed. ... show more

These is a VERY Saturday bed. Very sold and is real wood and looks polished. It was easy to put together - if you don’t mind using two different Allen wrenches. Nice looking but the legs under the bed frame broke within 5 minutes of putting the bed together. The bed also came with some scratches and discoloring. Absolutely no one to contact either. Now I have to package it all back up for a return.

It is solid wood. The instructions were clear. The assembly took maybe an hour to do alone. I’ll change this review if it starts to break, etc., but I don’t think that will happen. I’m looking at this company to buy more furniture.
