Give it some time to relax after shipping because it will likely have been folded up and will retain some of that creasing. The hair is well done and easily brushed and shaped into the right look. This turned out to be way too big for my 5 foot 1 inch granddaughter. It fit my wife fine. She’s five six. She sat outside on Halloween and scared the little ones with it. It really is a freaky scary mask.
