This is very sturdy and extremely light and easy to carry. It's a bit hard to flip open the lock to fold it, but that makes it feel safer. I love the project space on the top to keep small tools. For such a tall ladder it is super lightweight, and makes it very easy for moving around to wash windows outdoors and other projects. We also have a large very heavy ladder which is cumbersome, so this ladder is perfect for ease of use. The shelf is nice for paint cans or spray bottles.
