I chose the color to match all of the wood in my den. It was very easy to assemble, and when I sat down in it, it was very comfortable. It was only $99.99, and I felt a very fair market value. Some of the chairs that has the same features as this chiar, are selling for $300 ~ $400! The padding on the back and the seat, are ver comfortable. [Edit/update at end of review] Let me start by saying, I knew what I was paying for, so none of this was unexpected. I just needed an emergency replacement chair fast. Decently easy to assemble. However, the screws do not have any sort of locking spray on them, so all screws will wiggle out, and need constant monitoring for tightness. Keep the assembly tool near the chair. All parts are plastic, except for the part that attaches to bottom of seat, and sits on the gas lift. That is made of very thin aluminum. It will eventually bend and pull out of screws, especially if the screws are not constantly monitored for tightness. The arms wiggle, or if "wiggle" is not the right word, they have "give". The give or wiggle will lead to screws coming loose, and the friction will eventually wear through the arms. The seat is the smallest size possible to still be called an office chair. It does qualify as a small to medium adult size. But if you have any junk in your trunk at all, it will squeeze you. And I am not talking about "huge" people. If your thighs are wide at all, it will squeeze you. The most concerning thing however, is when I went to rock back the first time, I could hear cracking under the chair (where the aluminum screws in under the seat). I will not be rocking back again, as it sounds like it is going to rip out of whatever is cracking. Sounded like wood, so more than likely the screws under the seat go into particle-board, which is what I heard cracking. As I sit here, I feel like I have to balance the seat on top of the gas lift. The slightest movement and I can feel it tilting. Again, I am not shocked, as I get what I paid for, and was expecting less. I just wasnt ready for how small the seat is. And was "hoping" i could recline. These are just the facts as I have observed them and hope they come in useful to you! [EDIT: After only a few days the company reached out to me directly, and we were able to work together to make my after-purchase experience much better. It did not fix any of the issues with the chair, but they certainly went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good interaction with them, and they surely did not need to do so. I have adjusted my stars from 3 to 4, due to the overwhelmingly positive experience!]

I Bought this chair on May 29th,2022. So I have had it 1 week short of a year. My issue with this chair is not the things people normally think about when buying a chair. It looks good is comfortable all of that but the shock started malfunctioning a few months ago. Now it does not work at all. The problem with this is that I am a short person so having the chair not raise at all is problematic. I find it a shame that I am going to have to take this chair to goodwill and buy myself a new chair when I have only had this chair 1 year. When I went back and read the chair description, it said it would replace all parts for 365 days. So I decided to test this out since I was exactly 1 week away from 365. I was at 358 from the days I purchased this chair. I actually thought well the chair looks great still and even if I had to buy the gas cylinder if they could at least tell me where I could purchase that part then I would be better off than if I just gave it away. To my surprise this company stepped right up and offered to replace all the parts I might need to get this chair working again.They are shipping all of it at no cost to me.. So even if it just works for 1 more year I am very happy but if they have fixed this issue and it last longer I could not be happier. Thanks to the Customer Service team

This chair is a waste of money, don’t trust the images they provide those are probably pictures of whatever designer chair they knocked off, as the chair I got was the same looking but worse, think of the way a Big Mac looks in the promotional image and then the sad flattened out little thing you get when you buy it. Seat padding is practically non existent, the high back doesn’t even make it to my shoulders and I’m only 5’10”. This is not a big and tall chair, I’m not THAT big or that tall and I can barely squeeze between the armrests. I’m 5’10” and about 250 pounds and this big and tall chair claimed it could handle 450 pounds, I’m less than half it’s weight and have had it less than six months and it’s already starting to bend and go crooked and it’s not like I’m doing gymnastics on this thing I mostly just use it for when I’m gaming or working on the computer. I mean I can’t understand why anyone would buy this but I will say that it was easy to assemble and looks nice even if it looks like someone deflated it. Honestly no matter what you plan on using it for, pick another chair. This thing is a total waste.

The chair arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. From the way it was packaged in the box there are indents on the seat back cushion which are very noticeable, hoping they will come out over time. As for whether it is comfortable, as of now the cushions are very hard and not very comfortable, and the arm rests are way to low and I find they are not very comfortable to use while sitting in the chair. They need to be raised. Update, after posting my original review I received a response from the seller asking what they could do to resolve my issues. I replied to them but so far I have not received a reply to my response, I am curious to see if they will respond.
