The assembly was very easy, material very durable, quality cushions and padding. The only flaw was I noticed that the chair was in a slight reclining position. I tried to adjust it, I even disassembled it to make sure it was NOT due to something on my part during the assembling but no, the chair had a defect. It gets a 3 star review because the chair is unstable, wabbling and the annoying reclined back lean doesn't contour to my back. Update: After review the seller reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience and opted to replacing ithe chair (same model) so we could give it another try. The new chair is much better!! So after seeing how much office chairs are online right now (since COVID they have been jacked up like crazy) I opted for a cheaper stand-in until prices drop (I hope). It is easy to assemble. Took about 15 minutes to unpack and assemble. I got the white one which is more of a cream than white. The chair is pretty but made of very CHEAP materials. The arms and legs are made of plastic not metal. The little plastic caps they give you to put over the screw holes on the outside of the arms keep popping out. It's a nice size for my 5'4" 235 lb frame. Not a whole lot of padding so it definitely won't be comfortable for someone that needs it for a full day of work. I have to lift it all the way up to reach the desk at a comfortable height for my arms and my feet don't touch the floor which makes me nuts because I have to use a stool under my feet. I would say they like about 3 inches touching the floor. Overall for the price - you get what you pay for - and it will do for now. ... show more

It was simple to put together, the instructions were easy & clear. Everything went together as it should. Just be sure when putting the back & arm rests on, DONT tighten down until everything is in place! I think that is the biggest mistake people make assembling desk chairs. I bought it for me, and really thought the seat would be a little bigger. I got it together and my husband sat down in it moments after I finished. He is a tall skinny guy and it fit him perfect. So before I even tested it, it went down the hall & I went looking for another one. I sat in it before I ordered one for me. It isn't *plush* but it is comfortable. I'm *fluffy* (curvy, plump & bubble butt) and tend to tuck a leg under me so a wider seat is more comfortable. If you sit properly this would be a good seat for someone even heavier than I am (probably about 225lbs?). I'm about 175lbs, but like a ROOMY seat because I sprawl & often have a cat or two on my lap while working. It is moving well on a office style carpet, but you will have a challenge moving around on longer carpet without getting up first. Everything on it works well, and hubby not only uses it while in his computer but it's comfortable enough he sits in it to watch TV. I'm glad he likes it because I really wanted something A bit larger and more padded, but there's nothing wrong with it from our experience & I've certainly used worse! I'd have been happy to have this at many of my corporate jobs, but I'm spoiled now that I work from home. I personally wouldn't want to spend 8 hours a day in it but hubby seems to be very satisfied and has not complained of any discomfort. I think it's a great chair with a terrific price! ... show more

I hate this chair. Not worth the money. I’ve had it for almost a year and I can’t sit at my desk for more than an hour without getting extreme lower back pain that makes it impossible to move. I am in so much pain. I wfh so I have to be at my desk for 8 hours a day but let me tell you that I am not exaggerating when I say this chair is responsible for messing my back up to the point I can’t even stand back up after going to the bathroom without crying. This chair looks very nice and would probably be comfortable for a regular or smaller person. It is not for big and tall as it claims. If you have wide hips and thighs the fixed armrests will dig into your legs where the armrests are attached to the seat. I ordered the brown which is a very nice color. I’m going to have to send it back because it’s painful for me to sit in. The chair itself is not even on the bigger side, it’s honestly a smaller chair. If you don’t need the “big and tall” feature it claims to have it might be a great chair. ... show more
