these are the perfect wheels; I had my husband, pull the cricket apart and replace the old wheels with these rubber wheels which work phenomenal. The rollers went on well, the instructions said to heat for 5 minutes before installing, and that softened them up enough to work onto the bar. The media could not be loaded. I accidentally left my Cricut Maker in my car on a hot day, and the rollers melted so they were flat on one side. I called Cricut Support, hoping I could ship my Cricut to have it repaired (knowing I would have to pay because my machine is out of warranty), and they told me that, unfortunately, they cannot replace the rollers because it involves taking the machine apart, and there is a high risk of damage. I said, "So am I just supposed to throw my machine away?" and they said, "I'm really sorry, but yes." They then told me there are YouTube videos that show how to replace the rollers on your own, with replacement rollers from Amazon. They also offered me a 10% off coupon toward a new or certified refurbished machine, in case I didn't want to try that or in case it didn't work. I decided I had nothing to lose, so I bought these rollers, had my husband watch the video mentioned in the description, and he successfully replaced my rollers!
