No damage or use on them. And we’re as shown in the pictures. The handle is thicker than your average dumbbell. But has a good feel as it shapes the palm of your hand. Isn’t to big that it’s an issue. Just larger than average. People also say it stinks. But they have never ordered new gym equipment before. These dumbbells are perfect as a beginner trying to build muscle gradually. The reviews weren’t lying about the smell though lol. It has a very strong chemical rubber odor. Other than that, they’re solid, and I ended up buying an extra pair of lighter DBs.
