I purchased this item on November 8, and all pieces arrived before November 15. That was fast! Putting the unit together was pretty straight forward, though a few holes were covered with wicker and just had to be "felt out" and a small drill or knife to cut through for the bolt to fit. It is important to note that the two end pieces of the sofa assemble exactly alike, so don't expect a right and left piece. Just turn one so that it fits properly. I did reach out to the seller for an issue that came up with some bolt holes not aligning and it was promptly dealt with with speed, efficiency and compassion through using the Amazon messaging link. I cannot give this seller a higher rating!! It was very impressive and the furniture itself is beautiful, sturdy and I can't wait to show it off! ... show more

Absolutely love my patio set! Great quality and very comfy! Fantastic price this type of quality! If your holes arenโ€™t aligning during assembly then you are placing wrong piece so double check that before tying to force. Customer service got back to me extremely quick with answers to questions.

Took a bit to assemble but wasn't difficult just time consuming. Arrived over several days in 6 large boxes. Have had it for several months and it has had held up very well. Have left out in the rain and the cushions after standing on their side dried very quickly and kept their form. I have found them very comfortable. Might add a little memory foam next season but isn't necessary. Love the fire pit table. Nice and easy to use. Overall extremely happy with the whole thing. Only 1 issue i have is the ties for the cushions do not work on the corner section since there is no way to tie them (the corner is to tight and the tie won't fit through). They still stay on but why have that feature if it can't be utilized. I will fix myself next season. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again. Easy to clean off with the hose. Crossed my fingers and held my breath after ordering this. Saw numerous similar sofas in box stores that were worse quality for more money. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and build of this sofa set. I bought a heavy duty cover to keep the cushions dry whenever it rains and plan to bring them in for the winter, so hopefully it will last a long time. My plan is to keep it a few years, and when the cushions start to fade, get some higher quality cushions (e.g. Sunbrella). But so far very pleased with it. ... show more

For the money, this is an excellent set. I canโ€™t yet speak to how long it will last but materials and construction are quality. Cushions are comfortable enough and assembled in about 2.5 hours. It rained the first night I had it outside though and the cushions all were soaked through on the inside. Taking a loooong time to dry. I was hopeful for a better result. Will likely just purchase covers for them or put in a patio box. Would still by again. ... show more

The furniture is better than I could've imagined. Pictures don't do it justice. High quality for a reasonable price. The company is amazing, we had a problem with one of the parts and they sent us a replacement immediately. I was not expecting that. Instructions are super easy to follow, I don't usually assemble anything, but this was easy. It did take time though. I spent three days, a little bit each day. Each packet of screws comes with the tools that you need to do it. Like the little wrench. They usually have an extra one of everything as well like each screw. The cushions are very comfortable. I was worried that they would be too thin on the bottom, but they are wonderful. I would buy again from this company. ... show more
