When I first began straightening my hair at age 11, I used a Remington Wet-To-Straight flat iron. I had to replace it once since then up until 2 years ago at the age of 26. I swore that little cheap straightener from Walmart was the holy grail, but my friends kept making fun of it. Plus, I thought I’d try out more high end ones. Since then, I’ve owned and used a CHI and a BabyLiss Pro straightener my best friend who is a cosmetologist bought me. She swore it was the best thing since sliced bread. The sad part is, it was AWFUL! But I knew she spent a lot of money on it and bought it out of life so I suffered through using it for 2 years, until I couldn’t take it anymore. I was about to buy another Remington from Walmart when I went in for a trim at my hairstylist’s salon. She used a Bio Ionic 10x Pro straightener on me that vibrated and my hair never looked better! I immediately went home to see how much it cost. Unfortunately, it cost $239 and I couldn’t justify the cost right now. I then scoured Amazon and read thousands of reviews and decided on this straightener. I thought worst case, I could return it easy if I didn’t like it. Let me tell you, it is hands down THE BEST straightener I have EVER used! I achieved the same smooth, sleek look even better than at the hair stylist. No more frizzies fly-aways. I can straighten my hair in 3 minutes. Mind you, I have very thick long hair. Seriously, BUY IT NOW! It is better than any high end straightener on the market!

I just used it for the first time and I think it was pretty good ! I had the temp on 395 and my hair has soooooo much body ! So buy buy buy if u don’t wanna spend 190 on baby bliss yet lol ! And I seen comments about the cord and i thought the card was long enough for me ! And it comes with a glove which was a big plus !

I have only used this so far for straightening (not for curling), but I really like it. The other straighteners I’ve had have snagged my hair, but this one is so smooth I hardly feel it. It really is more like a professional one for half the price.

I really didn’t care for the flat irons because the side part of the heated plates are to expose. I’m not able to flatiron natural clients hair cause I can’t get close to their roots without the hot plates touching their scalp. I can use them to flatiron extensions because I don’t get close to the scalp.
