This is a good basic cash register. It was pretty easy to set up and run. There was no information listed on the largest size roll (in feet) of thermal paper it would take. ( I don't want to spend all my time changing paper rolls if I can help it.) I had to find out through trial & error that it will hold the 2-1/4 x 165' rolls.( I first ordered the 230' rolls and the cover wouldn't quite shut down on them. ) My only reservation about this cash register is it seems you can't program a company name, address, etc to print out on the receipt. ... show more

Simple basic cash register. If you just need to store cash (ie open/close) without printing, this may be the one to go. Only issue is that you dont use the total key(corner right) but the blue key above it. Called tech support and they said this model is limited. Bottom line, good cheap basic cash register if you dont need all the bells and whistles. oh, and this unit is super light. feels almost like a toy. prob cheaper material ... show more

I would give this register 5 stars except for there is no screen showing the transaction amount to the customer. It's predecessor had this screen and I am baffled as to why the newer model decided this was not needed.

The media could not be loaded. The cash register is very to use. However, it’s not very sturdy or secure. The cash box can be pried open by anyone with the arm strength of a toddler which means money can easily be stolen without using a key to open the box.
